| 摘 要： | 基于行为科学、管理心理学中有关工作满意感的研究理论与成果，运用问卷调查法、访谈法对我国120名赛艇运动员的训练满意感现状及影响训练满意感的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明，当前我国赛艇运动员训练满意感总体水平一般（M=3．086），影响我国赛艇运动员训练满意感水平的主要因素为：教练员因素、报酬福利待遇、组织承诺、退役保障等4个。运动员个人特征变量中，专项训练年限、运动等级、是否主力队员3个变量对运动员的训练满意感有着较为显著的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on research theory and achievements of behavioral science and managing psychology concerning about satisfaction on accomplishment,and using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview,this paper made study on condition and key factors affecting our rowing athletes training satisfaction.The result showed that the level of rowing athletes training satisfaction was generally lower yet(M=3.086).There were four key factors which strongly affect the training satisfaction of rowing athletes:coach,the satisfaction with payment and welfare,organizational commitment,insurance after retirement.There were three characteristic variables which had great effects on the training satisfaction of these athletes:the fixed number of rowing training years,the grade and rank of athletes and top athlete or not. |
