| 摘 要： | 成人教育的毕业生在就业和升学中会遭到用人单位和招生单位的差别对待，这种成人教育的“学历歧视”源于成人教育的信誉危机，即社会对成人教育体系产生了不信任的感觉。成人教育的信誉危机又源于成人教育质量的低下，要消解成人教育的“学历歧视”，需要从办学定位、教育资源和质量监控等方面切实采取措施提高成人教育的质量。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the crisis of adult education's reputation results in the discrimination against the graduation.And the reason for the crisis of adult education's reputation is the degressive quality of adult education.In order to eliminate the discrimination against the graduates of adult education,we must improve the quality of adult education. |
