我国高校教师专业发展研究概略

摘    要:教师专业发展是近年来教育研究中的热点问题。高校教师专业发展有着丰富的内涵。文章从内涵出发,指出了高校教师专业发展实现的途径:树立高校教师专业化理念;完善我国教师资格证书制度;建立教师专业发展组织;学位课程学习;协调教师教学与研究的关系。

Abstract:In recent years, the teachers' Professional development has generally been an hot issue, of which is also includes abundant Connotation. This passage initially introduces the connotation of the professional development and followed by the ways of the teachers' professional development :establish the idea of university teacher professionalization, improve the teachers' credentials system, establish an organization of teachers'professional development,study in the academic degree courses, harmonize the relationship between the teachers'teaching and study, and so on .
