| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的就业问题引起了各级政府的高度重视,更是一个全社会都普遍关注的问题。本文根据对福建师大福清分校2005届毕业生的调查,分析了高职生的择业行为及其意向,并提出加强就业指导的应对策略。

| Abstract: | The empoyment of the colleges and universities graduates cause great attention among all the government,and the universal concern of the whole society.In accordance with the investigation of the graduates in 2005 of Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University,this article tries to analyze the behavior of choosing a job among the high professional graduates and their intention,and put forward the handling strategy to strengthen the employment guide. |
