| 摘 要： | 复杂产品系统在产品结构、生产特性、市场特征等方面与传统的大规模制造产品存在较大的差异性，针对复杂产品系统特有的结构特征和其开发的网络组织结构，运用战略能力、职能能力、项目能力三个维度来阐述复杂产品系统开发网络组织的组织能力，指出学习是提升该能力的有效途径和方式，在此基础上说明复杂产品系统开发组织的学习与大规模制造产品学习间的区别。

| Abstract: | Complex product systems (CoPS) differ from mass products in product structure,manufacturing mode and market nature. According to the special structure character and the structure of development network of CoPS,it puts forward utilizing strategic capacities,functional capacities and project capacities to interpret the organizational capacities of the network of the CoPS development. After pointing that learning can promote the capacity of the network effectively,the difference of the organizational learning between CoPS and mass products is illustrated. |
