| 摘 要： | 从1999年提出独立学院的建设到如今,已经在教育部备案的院校数已经超过了300所,在校人数已经超过了130万人。可以说独立学院的出现和发展在一定程度上促进了我国的高校教育发展,激发了高校体制改革的步伐,但在其发展的过程中也出现了许多问题,尤其是师资队伍建设上的问题更为严重。本文,从笔者自身工作经验出发,在查阅国内外相关研究文献的基础上对独立学院师资队伍建设的策略提出了政策和资金的有效支持、制定中长期发展规划、有序性招聘和人才引进等三点建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of Independent College from 1999 to now,already in the Ministry of Education College number has exceeded 300,school enrollment has more than 1300000 people.Can be said that the emergence and development of independent college in a certain extent,promoted our country higher education development,inspired college reform,but in the course of its development also appeared a lot of problems,especially the teachers more serious issue.This paper,from the author’s own working experience in starting,consulting domestic and international relevant research literature on the basis of independent college teaching team construction strategy put forward policy and effective support of fund,make medium and long-term development planning,orderly recruitment and talent introduction,three suggestions. |
