论新课程视阈下教师专业发展的有效途径

摘    要:新课程改革对教师的角色进行了重新定位,迫切要求教师提高专业发展水平。教师的专业发展需要从内在的途径,树立坚定的职业信念、开展自主反思和行动研究、丰富个人的实践性知识来提高;而且还需要依靠外在的力量,通过校本培训、科学的教师评价制度、建立教师教育一体化模式来实现。

Abstract:The new curriculum has re-positioned the roles of teachers and urgently required that teachers should try to raise the level of their specialty.The promotion and realization of teachers' specialty development should start from internal approaches,establishing a firm professional belief,carrying out initiative reflections and action studies,and enriching their individual practical knowledge.The realization of their development depends also on the external approaches such as school-based training,scientific system for the evaluation of teachers,the establishment of a unified model of teachers and their education,etc.
