| Abstract: | The non-rational incentive mechanism for scientific research of colleges and universities is the key factor that produces great amount of academic trashes in colleges and universities.It is the important measure for ensuring the scientific research results of the colleges and universities to clarify the labor special points of the scientific research of colleges and universities and set up the perfect incentive mechanism for the scientific research. |
