| 摘 要： | 成人教育工作有其自身特点和规律，而且随着教育改革的不断深化，成人教育工作又出现了许多新情况、新问题。笔者通过几年来成人教育工作的实践，从六个方面阐述了如何遵循成人教育工作规律，更新观念、转变思想，适应成人教育改革发展的新形势，求得一所地方性、专科性高等学校成人教育生存和发展的体会。
