摘    要:乙酸乙酯皂化反应速度常数的测定 ,现行教课书都是让反应物乙酸乙酯和NaOH的浓度相等 ,忽略反应产物醋酸钠水解对Gt、G∞ 的影响 ,以 (G0 -Gt) (Gt-G∞)对t作图 ,利用所得直线的斜率求速度常数k .该直线的线性相关系数一般都只有一个“9” .用氢氧化钠过量的测定方法虽有文献1,2 ] 报导 ,但 1 ]计算复杂 ,2 ]需测定G∞ 的pH值 .改进后的方法 ,让氢氧化钠的浓度比乙酸乙酯浓度过量 30 %左右 ,用新的可线性化方程作直线 ,计算简单 ,无需pH计 ,线性相关系数一般都在两个“9”以上 .另外 ,实验装置的改进 ,也使操作变得方便 ,实验精度有所提高 .

Abstract:To determine reaction rate constant in ethyl acetate saponification,according to the current textbook,keep the concentration of reactant ethyl acetate and NaOH equal,ignore the effects of the hydrolyzation of reaction product on G_t and G_∞,plot t against (G_0-G_t)/(G_t-G_∞) and determine the constant k by slope of the straight line. The linearity factors of this straight line,in a general way,contains one 9. The measurement by NaOH excess is reported in reference ,but the calculation in is complex,pH of G_∞ has to be measured. By the improved measurement,concentration of NaOH vs. ethyl acetate is in excess of 30%. To plot the straight line by the new linearizable equation,the calculation is simple without pH. Linearity factors contain at least two 9's. And what's more,improvement of experiment utilities makes the operation easy and more precise.
