| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the status-quo of corporation informatization in China, analyzes the following seven factors leading to its predicament:lack of relative ideas, backward management, shortage of investment, low level of IT application, less support from the government, delay of legislation and neglect of information security. Furthermore, the paper offers some countermeasures to deal with the predicament. |
