摘    要:教研教改对专业内涵式发展与人才培养的必要性源自人才培养的前瞻性、系统性、动态性与持续性,其价值和作用取决于教研教改能否遵循与落实人才培养中心、问题驱动、系统规划、实效导向理念。温州大学网络工程专业12年实践表明,教研教改能提高人才培养质量与专业建设水平、促进可持续适应人才培养体系和教学创新团队建设。

Abstract:On account of perspective,systematic,dynamic and sustainability of talent cultivation,teaching research and reform is highly necessary for talent cultivation and connotative development of majors.However,its value and effect depend on whether we can follow and implement the concept of talent cultivation centered,problem driven,system planning and effectiveness oriented in the process of teaching research and reform.The practice of teaching research and reform of Network Engineering major in Wenzhou University in the past 12 years shows the remarkable effectiveness and role in improving the quality of talent cultivation and major construction level,as well in promoting the sustainable and adaptive talent cultivation system and the teaching innovation teams building.
