| 摘 要： | 农村基础教育改革出现错位的原因,在于没有认识、理解和把握义务教育和基础教育改革目标及其内涵.本文认为,只有以义务教育的目标为"纲",以校本课程、研究性学习、信息技术教育、劳动技术教育、社会实践和服务活动等多元化的内容为"目",构建"一纲多元"的目标,农村基础教育改革才能适应社会发展的需要.
