| 摘 要： | 以“礼“治世和以“法“平天下是儒法两家截然不同的治国方略与思想.儒家主张以“礼“作为行为规范,充分体现“仁爱“精神;法家则主张靠“法““术““势“治理国家,一统天下达到政通人和,二者方法虽然不同,却为同一目的服务,而真正圣明的统治者,在治国中都是兼采两者之长,“礼““法“并重,德威兼施.这一方略与思想对搞好社会的长治久安具有直接的现实意义.

| Abstract: | The discrepancy between Confucian school and Mencian school lies in running the country with "etiquete" or "law".The Confucian school regards "etiquete" as code of conduct,that embodies the spirit of kindheartedness,while the Mencian school thinks that the country should be run with "law","tactics" or "power".Different as they are,they have the same purpose.Any real wise ruler should adopt the merits of both schools.If so,they can reach their aim of long management and safety in running the country. |
