摘    要:MOOC开启了高等教育的新纪元,给传统教学模式带来巨大挑战,教师在高等教育中的权威地位也受到挑战。笔者通过对MOOC现状的分析,肯定了高校教师在MOOC开发中的地位,剖析了MOOC对高校教师的新要求,从理念、主体、培训、努力目标等方面提出高校教师开发MOOC的策略。

Abstract:MOOC leads higher education to a new era and dbrings great challenge to the traditional teaching model. And the authority of teachers in higher education also turns controversial. In this paper, through the analysis on the status quo, the author affirms the status of college teachers in the MOOC curriculum development and dissects new requirements of MOOC for college teachers. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures for college teachers to cope with MOOC curriculum development from different aspects, such as concept, subject, training,goals and so on.
