| Abstract: | In the cross-cultural economic background and context,how to form Chinese management culture which is based on eastern humanity characteristics has attracted the attention of all sectors.Based on the analysis of the cultural origins and dimensions,this article systematically studies and compares the characteristics of Chinese and Western management culture,and puts forward a perspective integrated with Chinese concept and western standards. |
