| Abstract: | This paper analyses the existing difficulties and producing causes of the county-level library in the undeveloped areas, and puts forward that the county-level library ought to promote humanistic tradition and tamp the base of professional works, do a lot of preparative works such as sense, legislation and planning in order to push forward the development of county-level librarianship. |
