重点实验室建设与创新人才培养模糊综合评价模型及应用

摘    要:科学合理、定量评价重点实验室建设与创新人才培养是确保重点实验室健康有序发展的主要方法。本文根据重点实验室建设与创新人才培养评估指标的多样性和模糊性,建立了重点实验室建设与创新人才培养定量评价的模糊综合评价模型,并利用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重。所建模型应用于新建本科院校重点实验室建设与人才培养评价,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Evaluating the construction of key laboratory and innovation education reasonably and quantitatively is the main means for key lab's healthy and orderly development.Based on the diversity and illegibility of evaluation indexes,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the construction of key laboratory and innovation education is founded,and the weight of evaluation indexes is ascertained according to the analytic hierarchy process.The application of the model to the evaluation of key laboratory in newly-established university shows that the model performs well.
