| 摘 要： | 教育财政的分配状况对各地区教育水平的高低有着直接的影响,特别是在义务教育阶段,教育财政的公平分配对普及义务教育和提高教育水平尤为重要。当前我国正处于社会转型时期,教育公平作为社会公平的底线,对于社会稳定有着巩固和调节作用。根据国际通行的原则和标准来衡量,我国教育财政分配的公平性较低,且有进一步恶化的趋势,这一问题应该引起有关方面的重视。
