| 摘 要： | 教育为＂三农＂服务是终身教育理念的内涵,也是当前党和国家重点关注的问题。电大的办学特色使其承担起为＂三农＂服务的历史使命。随着网络技术的发展和农村网络条件的改善,充分利用远程技术手段,发挥电大的资源和系统优势,搭建农村远程教育平台,为＂三农＂教育及农村党员干部教育服务,是电大当前的重要任务和发展方向。

| Abstract: | To serve the ＂three rural issues＂ （agriculture, rural areas and peasantry） is the content of lifelong education concept, which is an important issue the Party and the government emphasize. The fea- tures of RTVU education can take the historical mission to serve the ＂three rural issues＂. With the devel- opment of network technology and the improvement of the network condition in rural areas, it is an impor- tant task and direction for RTVU to fully use the distance technology and RTVU~s resources and the sys- tem advantage to construct the distant education platform in rural areas to serve the education of ＂three ru- ral issues＂, the Party members and cadres. |
