| 摘 要： | 一直以来，我国高校应用型本科专业课堂教学主要采用母语教学，采用双语教学的高校和课程均为数很少。通过对高校应用型本科专业推行双语教学情况的研究，结合我国现代化建设对双语型人才的现实需求，提出了高校实施双语教学应确立的目标以及应具备的基本条件，同时提出了深化开展并逐步完善我国高校双语教学工作的建议。

| Abstract: | The increase of open-door policy and economic position of our country requires higher English level of students and teachers. At present, the bilingual education keeps rare in our country＇s universities. On the view of long-term development, based on the fact of this major situation and nowadays English level of students and teachers in private universities, the writer clears the objects of bilingual education, proposes the basic condition of bilingual education and suggestion that improve the bilingual education in private universities. |
