| 摘 要： | 社会救助法律制度是社会保障制度的重要组成部分，西方主要工业化国家的社会救助制度已经比较完善。文章回顾了英国、美国两个有代表性的工业化国家的社会救助法律制度的演变，并对其演变过程中的经验教训进行了总结。这些经验和教训对我国发展和完善社会救助法律制度有重要的借鉴意义。
