| Abstract: | Rich management thinking is embodied in Military Science of Sun Tzu.Considering the apprehension and employment of Military Science of Sun Tzu in four steps of the development of management science,this article summarizes the human-oriented management spirit in Military Science of Sun Tzu as "apprehending Tao and performing benevolence" and "Knowing the subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities." |
