| 摘 要： | 随着我国国际化程度的提高，国内很多城市加大了对外宣传。外宣的方式之一就是把外宣用语原文译成英语。成都名菜和道路交通英译在信息传递的准确性、得体性、一致性和简洁性上存在一些问题。要扭转这一局面，一方面译者要加强自身的英、汉语功底，培养敬业精神；另一方面大力整顿翻译市场，加强监管，减少错误。

| Abstract: | With the development of China's globalization,some Chinese cities strengthen their publicity activities,one way of which is to translate the Chinese publicity material into English.Some translations of Chengdu's famous dishes and traffic lack exactness,elegance,unity and conciseness.In order to avoid this phenomenon,the translators should have a solid foundation of both English and Chinese;the translation market should be supervised forcefully to diminish the mistakes. |
