| 摘 要： | 社会就业难是我国经济社会发展中的一个基本矛盾,是经济社会转型的一系列变化的结果,是大学生就业难的宏观原因,高等教育理念与体制落后是大学生就业难的深层次原因,扩招是大学生就业难的直接原因。解决大学生就业问题,要靠发展经济,调整经济结构,不断深化改革,消除体制性障碍。要适应高等教育大众化阶段的要求,更新高等教育理念,理清高等教育发展思路,构建科学合理的专业和课程结构,加强高校学生就业指导工作。

| Abstract: | Difficult employment is one of the basic contradictions in the development of our country's economic society.And it is a series of consequences caused by economic society's changes and development.This is the background reason of the university students'difficult employment,and the backward notions and system of higher education are the internal reasons.The enrollment of more and more university students every year is the direct reason.To solve the problem,we must develop economics fast,adjust economic construction,deepen social and economic reforms continuously to get rid of the systematic obstacles.We must fit in with the demands of the universal higher education.We must renew the notions,probe our minds,build up reasonable scientific specialties and course constructions of university and strengthen the guidance on university students' employment. |
