| 摘 要： | 通过3年的教学实验,对健美操选修课考试方法进行改革,本文采用实验组对照以及数理统计的方法,得出结论:考试方法的改革,要适应改革教学方法和教学内容,采用自编、自练、自演的方法,更有利于培养和开发学生的思维能力,激发学生的积极性,充分发挥她们在学习中的主体地位。
