摘    要:对西藏A县义务教育阶段学校进行田野调查发现,存在的问题主要表现为农牧区学生的巩固率不高,教师不愿意教学倾向明显,管理者对学校工作感到痛苦和无奈的消极心理严重。以帕森斯的“AGIL”四功能模式为分析框架,提出学校系统要生存下去,首先要满足适应功能,并须尽快转变观念和思路,确立“以学生为本”的指导思想,让教育去适应西藏农牧区学生的需求。

Abstract:Field survey on the compulsory schools of County A in Tibet, the problems which is expressed in this study as follows: the high drop-out rate of students, the tendency of dislike for teaching of teachers and negative psychology of administrators. According to Parsons' "AGIL" Functional Model, it is existed for school system to be satisfied with the function of adaptation. Therefore, we need change the concepts of education and rebuild up the directory idea of "Student-oriented" so that the school education can adapt to the needs of student of the farming and pastoral area in Tibet.
