| 摘 要： | 新农村建设是一项长期而复杂的系统工程，在建设过程中，必然有轻重缓急，而且全国各地情况各异，切不可千篇一律。川东地区，由于经济基础薄弱、人民生活水平较低、农村剩余劳动力过多、农业科技落后等原因，决定了其在新农村建设的初期，应该以发展农村经济为核心；应立足川东地区的资源特色、地域特点、劳动力情况和基础设施状况，积极发展特色农业、现代农业、劳务经济和加强基础设施建设。

| Abstract: | New rural construction is an item of long-term and complicated systenatical project. In the course of con- stucation, something has the priority. Be careful to avoid stereotypes because areas of the respective differency. In the eastern areas of the Sicbuan Province, economic basis is weak, lives of the people level lower, the countryside surplus labor forces are excessively many, agricultural science and technology, backward. All these decide their con- strnction in the initial period. We should take developing rural economy as the core basd on the resources, the re- gional characteristics, the labor force and the basic structure, positively develop the characteristic agriculture, mod- em agriculture, labor economy and strengthen the construction of basic structure. |
