| 摘 要： | 远程教育作为一种新型的教育理念与教育模式，在教学过程中表现出独有的优势。作为远程教育主体的成人学习者，具有年龄跨度大、大部分属于在职人员、学习目标明确、自主性较强、家庭负担较重、存在一定学习障碍等特点。基于以上特点，本文提出以下教学策略：转变远程教育观念，提高教师教学水平，加强学习方法传授，消除学习障碍。

| Abstract: | As a new educational conception and a pattern of education,dictance educa-tion shows its own advantages.As the subject of education,adult learners have following characteristics,such as the large age span,serving staff,the clear study target,stronger autonomy,burden of family and barrire of study and so on.Based on these,this paper puts forward several teaching strategies,such as to transform the conception of teachers and students to distance education,to improve the teaching level of teachers,to pay more attentions to study methods teaching,and to eliminate the barrire of study. |
