摘    要:现行教师评价与管理机制更多的表现为外在的要求,教师的专业化仍处于被动职业化的状态。激励与引导高校教师主动寻求自我专业化发展空间,使其能从自我成长的内在需要角度体验专业发展的必要与成就,有待于对当前高校教师评价与管理机制的改革与创新。

Abstract:Teacher appraisal and management is one important issue of teacher's specialization development.Present teacher appraisal and management mechanism is always shown the external request.In that case,teacher's specialization is in the condition of passive professionalism.In order to encourage and guide college teachers to seek the self-specialization development opportunities and experience the necessity and achievement of the career development, intrinsic self-growth is demanded,therefore,we should reform and innovate the current college teacher appraisal and management.
