| Abstract: | The building of the market economy and the reform of the educational system offer colleges the opportunities to absorb funds in various ways,and in the meantime,problems exist in the fund management.This article tries to analyze the cause of formation of these problems and puts forward how to establish a scientific university funds budget system,improve the monetary capital internal control system and as well as the other countermeasures so as to strengthen the management of funds at colleges. |
