| 摘 要： | 金融危机席卷全球，大学生所面临的就业形势更加严峻，在激烈的就业竞争中，往往由于各种择业不良心理而导致求职过程屡屡受挫。针对择业过程中存在的各种心理问题，提出了相关的对策，帮助大学生时刻保持积极主动的择业心态，并最终顺利就业。

| Abstract: | As the financial crisis has swept the globe, the competition for job now is becoming fiercer. Many College graduates experienced failure in the job market because of their ill job hunting thoughts. This paper analyses these problems existed in job application and proposes corresponding solutions, in order to help college graduates keep a positive attitude in job hunting and get employed smoothly. |
