| Abstract: | Raising questions was the source of creativeness and always appeared to be more important than resolving them. Encouraging consciousness of raising questions. The effective measures to develop students' ability to raise questions were creating time and space for raising questions, challenging established rules or conclusions and learning how to raise questions. Experiments had shown the fact that students' ability to learn and even their qualities could be improved by encouraging their ability to raise questions. |
