摘    要:提出问题是创新的源泉,提出问题往往比解决问题更重要,培养提问意识,创设提问时空,质疑定规定论,学会提问方法是培养学生提出问题能力的有效措施,实验表明,通过培养提出问题能力可提高学生的学习能力和素质。

Abstract:Raising questions was the source of creativeness and always appeared to be more important than resolving them. Encouraging consciousness of raising questions. The effective measures to develop students' ability to raise questions were creating time and space for raising questions, challenging established rules or conclusions and learning how to raise questions. Experiments had shown the fact that students' ability to learn and even their qualities could be improved by encouraging their ability to raise questions.
