| 摘 要： | 本文在和谐社会建构的背景下,着重分析传媒改革路径:从市场到超越市场,传媒外在环境的改革;建构多元媒介格局以改变市场化媒介的主导地位;重构新闻从业人员的专业主义,提高传播能力;内外结合,深化编营制度改革,从而推进传媒转型中和谐社会的建构。
