摘    要:独立学院在生源情况和培养目标等诸多方面与母体院校存在差异,为加强独立学院学生的工程技术应用能力,应建立相适应的教学体系,探索新的教学方法。食品工程类课程群教学模块的实施取得了良好的教学效果,特别是集设计性、创新性、综合性为一体的"三性实验"项目,对于实现建构式教学效果起到了重要作用。

Abstract:Adaptive teaching system and methods for independent college should be established to intensify the student's engineering application ability, in view of the difference with independent coUege from the maternal colleges. Good teaching effects have been obtained through the module features of food engineering course group. Especially, the three-property experiments (designability, innovation, and comprehensiveness) have played an important role in constructive teaching.
