高校教师的教学行为与教学质量

摘    要:影响高校教学质量的首要因素是教师素质和水平,而教师素质和水平完整地渗透于所有的教学活动中。调研表明,进一步提高教学质量的重要环节就在于改进传统教学模式。高校教师在改进传统教学模式中的有效行为有三:引进开放型教学模式,倡导教学中的各种对象、各种方式的交流行为;选择运用多种教学形式;对学生的学习行为建立及时的具体的反馈评价机制。

Abstract:The primary factor affecting college teaching quality is the teacher's quality and proficiency, which permeates wholly in all the teaching activities. Investigations and surveys show that an important step to further improve teaching quality is to improve the traditional teaching mode. Effective behaviors for college teachers to improve traditional teaching include: introducing open teaching mode, advocating communicative behavior aimed at different objects and by various means; selectively applying different teaching mode; and setting up specific and timely feedback and evaluation system.
