| Abstract: | In this paper the field training in chemical engineering offered by Taizhou Polytechnical Institute is critically analyzed. In particular, the drawbacks and time lagging of the training courses in the whole teaching reform are presented. Furthermore, new strategies to the format and approach for redesigning field training are discussed here. |
