| 摘 要： | 全文提出了以下建议：参考国外单一模式高校的做法，根据地区不同需求建立不同类型的学习中心，形成总部学习支持服务中心-地区中心-学习中心的三级支持结构，逐步构建具有中国特色的远程教育学习中心。
