| 摘 要： | 齐鲁大学是近代时期外国列强在华设立的文化机构之一，是传教士移植西方教育制度和教学管理模式在山东境内创建的不同于中国传统教育体制的综合性教会大学。齐鲁大学在学校管理、师资结构、教学管理、实践活动等方面都借鉴了西方先进的管理经验和办学模式，制定严格而高效的教学管理措施以保障教学质量的不断提高，传播了近代西方科学知识，顺应了中国近代化运动演化的历史潮流，启迪了中国近代高等教育的产生。

| Abstract: | CheelooUniversityis one of theculturalorganizationsestablishedby foreignbig powersin Chinain modern times.It is a comprehensivemissionaryuniversitytransplantedfromtheWestto ShandongProvinceof Chinaby missionaries,whosedeucationalsystemandpatternof teachingmanagementarecompletelydifferentfromthoseof China.CheelooUniversity issetupby usingtheexperiencesof advancedmanagementandrunningpatternof westerncountriesinmangrespects,suchas:ed-ucationaladministration,teacherscomposition,teachingmanagement,and activityof practice;strictand effectivemeasuresof teachingmanagementhavebeentakento makesuretheteachingqualityis improvedunceasingly,so thatscientificknowledgeof modernwesterncontriesis spread,whichconformsto thehistoricaltrendof evolvingChina'smodernmovements,andenlightens China'smodernhighereducation. |
