| 摘 要： | 为研究不同特征因子分值条件下，其与其他文献计量指标的关系，基于JCR 2009年电气电子期刊数据，采用分位数回归进行研究。结果表明，对于特征因子分值较低的期刊，论文影响分值、总被引频次与特征因子呈较低正相关，即年指标与特征因子无关，5年影响因子、被引半衰期与特征因子呈较低的负相关。载文量只在特征因子分值较低时与它呈正相关关系，其他情况无关。对于特征因子分值较高的期刊，论文影响分值与特征因子呈较高的正相关，即年指标与其呈较高的负相关，其他情况特点不明显。研究发现，特征因子分值的引入有利于期刊提高学术质量，但对于其他学科的情况有待进一步研究。
