| Abstract: | The present studies on knowledge transfer from public research institutions are reviewed from knowledge transfer models,mechanisms and effects.In addition,this paper also introduces the methods and practical measures for knowledge transfer from public research organizations in North America and EU,so as to provide references for China's public research institutions. |
