| 摘 要： | 工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点。绵阳职业技术学院旅游管理专业创新性地实施"1.0+X+Y"工学交替人才培养模式,建立了以突出职业技能为标准的课程体系和开放型实训基地,建设了兼职"双师型"师资人才库,对全面提升该专业高素质技能型人才的培养质量做了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Combination of working with learning is the important starting point for reforming the talents cultivation patterns in the higher vocational education. By innovatively implementing working and learning alternation talents cultivation pattern： ＂1.0＋X ＋Y＂ in Tourism Management Major of Mianyang Vocational and Technical College, establishing curriculum system with vocational skills as the norm, building open practical training bases and the talent pool of the part-time ＂dual-function＂ faculty, the article probes on how to improve the quality of cultivating highly-skilled talents. |
