摘    要:在新课改的语境下,教师的地位被解释为"平等中的首席",教育教学实践中,也出现了一些放弃教师权威、片面理解教育民主的现象,导致教师权威在学生心中呈现消解趋势,对教育教学产生不利影响。试图阐释重塑教师权威的必要性,并对如何有效重塑教师权威作一探索。

Abstract:In the context of the new course reform,teachers’ status is defined as "equality-based chief".In reality,teachers’ authority has been given up for the biased understanding of democracy in education,thus weakening the teacher's discourse that brings about negative impact on education.This paper tries to discuss the necessity of rebuilding teachers’ authority and the approaches towards the proposed goals.
