基于教师专业发展的教研组建设

摘    要:在新课改的背景下,教研组的建设对教师的专业发展提出了新的挑战。教研组是学校和教师进行教学研究的一个基层组织,为教师专业发展提供了平台。教研组的制度、活动内容和活动气氛,都直接影响着教师的专业发展。因此,加强教研组的建设,成为促进教师专业发展的关键因素。

Abstract:Under the new curriculum reform, the construction of the teaching and research group puts forward the new challenge to teachers' professional development. The teaching and research group which provides a platform for teachers' professional development, is a primary organization where schools and teachers make the teaching and research. The system and activity contents and atmosphere of the teaching and research group have a direct impact on teachers' professional development. Therefore, strengthening the construction of teaching group has the key factor to promote teacher professional development.
