| 摘 要： | 现代中国高等教育历经计划经济向市场经济的转变,政府、社会、大学在高等教育制度层面各自应以什么方式、角色应对。大众教育的冲击波席卷大学校园,大学在面对精英教育制度与大众教育制度的两难境地时又该做何选择？随着高等教育职能的拓宽,高等教育职能制度呈现出复杂化、多样化发展的趋势,使人在选择大学时产生困惑。文章通过对高等教育制度实践问题进行理性分析,从而形成了中国高等教育制度新的＂增长点＂。

| Abstract: | Since higher education of modern China has undergone the transition from planned economy to market economy,how should the government,society,and university perform themselves in higher education system？ Besides,a difficulty is posed to the university as to the choice between elite education and mass education.Furthermore,with the expansion of the functions of higher education,higher education function system tends to be more and more complex and diversified;therefore,the university＇s difficulty is aggravated.Based on a reasonable analysis of the practical problems in higher education system,this paper forms a new ＂growth point＂ in Chinese higher education system. |
