| 摘 要： | 高职院校党委必须高瞻远瞩,统筹安排,将人才工作置于党的直接领导之下。"人才强校"战略是党的建设的主战略,党委是制定"人才强校"战略的组织者,基层党组织是实施"人才强校"战略的推进者。必须发挥党在人才队伍建设中的引领作用,在人才队伍建设中彰显党的活力、夯实党的基础。提出党在"人才强校"战略实施中的具体路径和策略。

| Abstract: | The party committee of higher vocational colleges,with a visionary and holistic view,is supposed to conduct the task of human resource under the leadership of the party.The strategy to develop colleges by talents is among the main policies of party construction,which is drafted and carried out by the party committee and promoted by the grass-root party unit.It obliges the party to take a leading role,to present the vigor of the party and to enhance the base of the party in the work of human resource.To implement the strategy,specific measures are put forward in this paper. |
