| Abstract: | On the basis of extensive investigation,this paper makes objective and scientific analysis of and forms a judgement on the basic conditions of Kazak secondary school teachers in the Altay prefecture,their gaining a further edu- cation in recent five years,their demand for a further education and the development trend of the further education,and furnishes a solution of problems. |
