| 摘 要： | 采用文献调研、问卷调查、逻辑分析、数理统计等方法,对洛阳市城镇社区居民的大众健身现状进行抽样调查,结果发现:洛阳市城镇社区大众健身活动普及程度较高,但锻炼质量有待提高;参加体育健身活动的动机是多层次的;活动内容具有明显的非竞技化的韵律性、表演性、传统性和文体一体化特点;活动形式丰富多彩;经济条件、消费观念等是影响社区居民体育健身消费的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper made sampling investigation on condition of mass physical exercise in urban community in Luoyang city.The following conclusions are drawn:First,in spite of the high popularity of citizens' physical exercise participation,the quality still need to improve.Second,people's motivation taking part in physical exercises varies in many ways.Third,the forms of activities are colorful and have distinctive features at rhythm,performce,conventionality and combination of art and physical exercise.Last,income and consuming ideas are the key factors which influence the physical exercise consuming of peopel in urban communities. |
