| 摘 要： | 美育在班主任工作中具有非常重要的意义。伴随美育,可以提升班主任工作的乐趣;可以创新班主任工作方式;可以强化班主任工作效果。如何把美育贯穿于班主任工作中呢?首先,班主任需要有一定的美学知识和艺术素养;其次,实施美育,要选好形象素材,要趣味性和思想性兼具,根据不同的目的可以选择影视欣赏、歌唱、文学品味、文艺活动和旅游等各种不同的形式。

| Abstract: | Aesthetic education has very important significance in the class work, which can promote fun in the class work, innovate the working mode and strengthen the effect of teaching. How to put the esthetic education in the work of the teacher？ First of all, the teacher needs to have certain knowledge of aesthetics and artistic accomplishment; secondly, the teacher must select interesting and ideology image material. According to different purposes, different forms can be chosen, such as film appreciation, singing, taste in literature, arts and tourism etc. |
