| 摘 要： | 21世纪的人才应具有创新精神和创造能力。因此，培养创新型人才应是当前高等教育改革的努力方向。未来的大学教育应是创新教育。本文就此问题进行论述，提出更新教育观念是大学创新教育的前提；发展健康个性是大学创新教育的基础；构建知识平台是大学创新教育的支点；树立崇高理想是大学创新教育的灵魂；培养创新能力是大学创新教育的目的。

| Abstract: | Talented people in the the 21st certury should be equiped with enterprising spirit and creaivity .Therefore it is at present the orientation of higher education reform to cultivate creative people. The future education in university should be a creative one. This article discusses on the mater and suggests that reform in education concept is the precondition of creative education in university; development of healthy personality is the basis for innovative education in university; construction of kwoledge platform is the pivot point of innovative education in university; setting up of alofty ideas is the soul of innovative education in university. Cultivation of creativity is the goal of innovative education in university. |
